Founder & CEO
Crystal has more than 30 years of experience in actuarial consulting. She performs financial and actuarial analyses to provide results-oriented strategies for clients. She has considerable experience in the limited fixed indemnity medical, short term medical, and minimum essential coverage market as well as group and individual major medical. Crystal enjoys trying out new recipes on her unsuspecting-but-tolerant family, gardening, and watching the antics of the birds – wild and domesticated — in her yard
Jamie Wolf
Senior Actuarial Consultant
Jamie has spent the last 20 years working in the health actuarial consulting space providing a wide variety of analyses including experience reporting, reserving, lapse analysis, large claim analysis, projections, renewal and rate adequacy, and more. She has an unparalleled reputation for her attention to detail and accuracy. She enjoys swing dancing and also happens to be an avid New Kids On The Block fan.
Kiana Fukuda, ASA, MAAA
Actuary
Kiana has five years of experience in the healthcare industry which has given her breadth of knowledge and skills including model design, database management, pricing, reserving and reinsurance. She enjoys spending quality time with her cats and searching for the best restaurants in San Diego.
Sara Weis
Actuarial Consultant
Communicating concepts with clarity is a hallmark of the work we do, and Sara’s early work experience as a math teacher set her up to success in this area, along with her 7 years of actuarial work. A summa cum laude graduate from Arizona State, her career has also included successful stints with The IHC Group and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona. She is Dragonfly’s resident puzzlemaster, with a passion for board games, trivia and card games, too. A self-professed ‘adrenaline junkie’, she seeks adventure hiking and camping and her energy keeps us all on our toes.

Nicole’s aptitude, accuracy and attention to detail helped us fly through the busy season with great success. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in mathematics, and spends her free time outdoors, hiking with her dog Charlie (a black lab mix).

Karen is a 20 year veteran in the healthcare analytics space with a reputation for producing high-quality analyses and a passion for process improvement. She joined the firm in March 2019 to provide part-time analyst support for the growing team.
Karen is a sun-loving Arizona native who never misses an opportunity for tacos. In between work and soccer mom duties, she daydreams about her next Disney vacation.
KEVIN DORSEY
IT DIRECTOR
Kevin is a 20-year veteran of the health information technology space, specializing in business strategy and process as well as relationship management. He is the keeper of our technology roadmap, and manages the relationship with our outside technology support vendors. He is also a zombie-apocalypse game-playing YouTuber.
